About the role

The Senior Associate leads OT and IIOT security projects, develops policies, conducts risk assessments using ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF, and manages a team of consultants. Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, on-site work model with occasional hybrid days.
What you’ll do
- Oversee OT and IIOT security projects and initiatives
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments following ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF
- Manage a team of consultants and senior consultants
- Collaborate with senior management to align security strategies with business goals
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 8+ years experience in OT domain and cybersecurity
- Experience in manufacturing or energy sector
- Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF standards
- Familiarity with OT tools such as IDS, EDR, SIEM
- Experience with SCADA, PLC, MES systems
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
