The Senior Associate leads day-to-day general ledger accounting, oversees month‑end close processes, and collaborates with cross‑functional finance partners. Based in India, this on‑site role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for automation and process improvement.

What you’ll do

• Lead and perform general ledger accounting activities including journal entries and reconciliations
• Oversee month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes
• Prepare and review balance sheet and P&L reconciliations per GAAP/IFRS
• Analyze financial data and variances, providing insights
• Support internal and external audits with schedules and documentation
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Receivable, Tax, and FP&A teams

What you’ll bring

• Masters or bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4-6 years of general ledger or financial accounting experience
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas
• Experience with financial reporting tools like Hyperion or Power BI
