About the role

AT&T Communication Services India – Vendor Governance team. Leads technology vendor lifecycle governance for telecom products, driving AI‑led automation, predictive analytics and intelligent dashboards. Manages strategic vendor relationships, SLA/KPI performance, contract compliance and risk controls while collaborating with Procurement, Finance, Product and Operations. Gurgaon, India, on‑site (office).

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end vendor lifecycle governance including onboarding, contracts, renewals and exit
• Develop and maintain vendor performance scorecards, service reviews and escalation processes
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align commercial and operational outcomes
• Lead AI‑driven workflow automation, GenAI reporting and intelligent dashboard creation
• Drive transformation roadmaps, governance forums and leadership reporting

What you’ll bring

• 12-14+ years technology vendor management
• Strong telecom background with OEM and network services exposure
• Experience managing strategic vendor relationships and SLA/KPI governance
• Proven stakeholder influence across Finance, Procurement, Operations and Product
• MBA preferred, B.Tech/BE acceptable
• Expertise in contract lifecycle management and commercial governance
• Ability to drive AI‑led automation and predictive analytics initiatives
