About the role

Finance Automation practice at RSM US Integrated Services India Private Limited focuses on delivering finance transformation solutions to middle‑market clients. The Senior Associate designs and configures financial close automation tools, leads client workshops, and mentors junior staff while ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. Hyderabad, on-site, full-time role.

What you’ll do

• Configure and customize financial close automation systems
• Provide admin and user training for deployed solutions
• Support client workshops, capture notes, track actions, and create deliverables
• Manage project deliverables and ensure quality standards
• Participate in sales and scoping calls, assist proposal preparation
• Develop junior resources and provide feedback
• Perform technical reviews and guide integration components
• Maintain relationships with client technical leads and business stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• MBA or CA with finance/accounting focus
• 3+ years finance transformation consulting experience
• Extensive BlackLine implementation experience
• BlackLine module certifications (e.g., Account Reconciliation)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in virtual teams and independently
• Curiosity about business and technology
• Experience with FloQast, Workiva, Coupa, Kyriba, High Radius

Nice to have

• MBA or CA with finance/accounting focus
• 3+ years finance transformation consulting experience
• BlackLine implementation expertise
• BlackLine certifications
