Senior Analyst, VBA Automation

About the role

Finance Operations Excellence at Agoda builds automation tools that scale finance workflows across the company. The Senior Analyst designs, develops, and maintains VBA, Excel, Access, SQL, and Power Automate solutions to modernize reconciliations, reporting, and close activities. Based in Mumbai, the role is on-site with a 12‑month contract and offers exposure to global finance operations.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop VBA/Excel automation solutions
• Build and enhance Power Automate workflows
• Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements
• Document solution designs and SOPs
• Troubleshoot and improve existing automations

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years automation development
• Advanced Excel & VBA
• MS Access & SQL
• Power Automate & Power Apps
• Finance operations experience

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related
• Strong problem‑solving and documentation skills
• Experience with workflow automation
• Knowledge of process controls
• Communication with finance end‑users
