Associate Analyst, Insights & Enablement

About the role

Services Business Development Insights & Enablement (BD I&E) team at Mastercard builds tools and processes that empower sales teams to sell faster. The Associate Analyst designs and optimizes contracting workflows in the CLM platform, translates business needs into system templates, and tests new features. Works closely with Legal, Sales, and Operations across global time zones, using Ironclad, Salesforce, Signavio and CPQ to automate and standardize contract processes. Gurgaon, India, on-site role.

What you’ll do

• Design and optimize Services contracting workflows within the CLM platform
• Translate business requirements into structured workflows, rules, and templates
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, and Operations to map and migrate contracts
• Test new CLM features, identify issues, and support remediation
• Leverage Ironclad, Salesforce, Signavio, CPQ and other enablement tools
• Drive automation, standardization, and simplification of contracting processes
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance across workflows
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years experience with Excel, SQL or Python
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word for presentations and documentation
• Interest in sales enablement, process transformation or product management
• Experience with Visio or Signavio for process mapping
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Ability to solve problems with attention to detail and bias for execution
• Comfort with ambiguous, evolving requirements
• Familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity
