About the role
Associate Director, TAIP Principal Analyst leads end‑to‑end analytics for global clinical trials, managing a 3–5 analyst team. Translates trial objectives into feasibility, forecasting, and performance dashboards, coordinating with cross‑functional teams and field insights. Drives cost analysis, study optimization, and supply‑chain alignment, ensuring scalable, data‑driven decision making across trials.
What you’ll do
- Own study‑level analytics planning and delivery
- Lead 3–5 analyst team for trial delivery
- Translate objectives into feasibility, forecasting, dashboards
- Engage cross‑functional study team members
- Contribute to cost analysis and protocol trade‑offs
- Lead study optimization analytics
- Coordinate field‑based insights into feasibility
- Use advanced analytics tools to generate data
- Support planning and forecasting for supply and patient flow
- Ensure consistency and scalability across trials
- Escalate risks and identify acceleration opportunities
- Provide data to clinical supply team
What you’ll bring
- 6-8+ yrs clinical analytics or consulting experience
- Prior clinical trial delivery exposure
- Deep therapeutic area knowledge (Oncology, Neuroscience, etc.)
- Proven cross‑functional team leadership
