About the role
Data Analytics team at Citigroup drives strategic data quality, governance and analytics across Global Markets Operations. The Lead Analyst defines and implements data quality procedures, partners with Markets Ops to assess critical data elements, and leads global delivery of large technical data programs. Based in Pune, hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration as needed, supporting cross‑functional stakeholders and virtual teams.
What you’ll do
- Support strategic direction and implementation of data quality policies
- Implement data governance model for Markets Ops
- Partner with Ops teams to assess data concepts and critical elements
- Identify and remediate data issues across technologies
- Lead global, multi‑business data programs and agile delivery
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and documentation
- Guide test preparation and execution for Operations line team
- Drive adherence to Citi PM standards
What you’ll bring
- Significant relevant experience
- Transformation Business Analyst or Project Manager experience
- Strong Excel skills
- SQL proficiency
- Knowledge of Global Markets Operations
