Engineering Operations at Qualcomm is building a data-driven ecosystem to optimize engineering and data center performance. The Manager leads the analytics function, overseeing data management, predictive modeling, and insight-driven reporting while mentoring a team of analysts. Bangalore office, on-site work model, with cross‑functional collaboration across Ops, Engineering, HR, and Finance.

What you’ll do

• Lead data ecosystem strategy and governance
• Develop predictive models and forecasting frameworks
• Create insight‑rich dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive data‑driven decisions
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field
• 2+ years Engineering Operations experience

Nice to have

• 10+ years data science/analysis experience
• Proficiency in Python or R, SQL
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Knowledge of machine learning, forecasting, anomaly detection
