About the role

Responsibilities include policy development, trend monitoring, data‑driven recommendations, and cross‑functional partnership. The position requires strong analytical, programming, and communication skills, with a background in quantitative fields and at least three years of relevant experience.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate on credit program policy development and improvement.
- Conduct complex analysis and provide concise recommendations to management.
- Develop ongoing analytics to monitor emerging trends and portfolio quality.
- Acquire deep understanding of operational processes and profitability drivers.
- Identify, evaluate, and leverage internal/external data for risk strategy.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics, OR Mathematics.
- Strong SAS/R/Python and SQL programming plus advanced Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Minimum 3 years in Business Analysis, Consulting, Data Analytics, or Risk Strategy.
Nice to have
Prior experience in Cards industry strategy or policy role.
