About the role

Public Policy and Government Affairs APAC at indrive works to shape a favorable policy environment for the digital mobility ecosystem in Nepal. The manager leads engagement with government stakeholders, develops and executes public policy strategies, and drives advocacy initiatives across regulatory, taxation, and competition issues. Based in New Delhi, hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

Develop and implement public policy and government affairs strategy
Build and maintain relationships with government ministries, regulators, and public institutions
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and advise management
Lead advocacy campaigns and coordinate cross-functional efforts
Collaborate with communications team to craft policy messaging

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, Economics, International Relations, Public Administration, Communications, or related field

Nice to have

3-7 years government relations or public policy experience
Experience engaging with government institutions and regulatory bodies
Experience in technology or digital platforms preferred
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
Project management and cross-functional coordination
