About the role

Cognizant seeks an SPE Policy Servicing Specialist in Noida to administer insurance policy changes and servicing requests. The role involves managing daily queues, validating documentation, and maintaining data integrity using MS Office tools within a hybrid work model. This position supports rotational shifts to ensure timely resolution and regulatory compliance for customers.

What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end processing of policy servicing requests for accurate updates
• Handle daily queues including cancellations, reinstatements, and premium corrections
• Review policy documentation and customer instructions to validate eligibility
• Use MS Office to prepare servicing logs, trackers, and exception reports
• Create structured documentation to improve traceability and audit readiness
• Collaborate with operations teams to resolve discrepancies and queries
• Monitor error trends and use analysis to recommend corrective actions
• Adhere to compliance requirements and standard operating procedures

What you’ll bring

• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (spreadsheets, word processing, presentations)
• Minimum two years of experience in policy servicing or back office operations
• Ability to handle high-volume service request queues with quality and productivity
• Experience reviewing policy documentation for completeness and eligibility

Nice to have

• Domain exposure to policy changes and endorsements
• Preferred certification in MS Office or equivalent suite
