Java FullStack Senior Engineer

About the role

Iris Software seeks a Java FullStack - Senior Engineer to design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices architecture. Based in Noida, UP, India, the role involves owning end-to-end delivery of modules, defining API contracts, optimizing performance, and mentoring junior developers. The position requires 7-8 years of experience and focuses on complex, mission-critical applications within the IT services sector.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices architecture.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.
• Develop reusable backend components and enterprise services following clean architecture and secure coding practices.
• Lead development of reusable Angular components and scalable state management solutions using NgRx and RxJS.
• Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and JVM optimization.
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging techniques, and modern Java development practices.
