About the role

Java Fullstack team at Iris Software builds scalable enterprise applications for clients in finance, healthcare, and logistics. The Senior Engineer designs and develops Java Spring Boot services and Angular front‑ends, leads API contract definition, and mentors junior developers. Noida office, on‑site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop scalable Java backend services using Spring Boot
• Create reusable Angular components and manage state with NgRx
• Define API contracts and integration strategies for microservices
• Optimize performance through caching, async processing, and JVM tuning
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned modules from design to deployment
• Conduct code reviews ensuring security and coding standards
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable fixes

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years of software development experience
• Proficiency with Java 17+ and Spring Boot
• Strong Angular 14+ skills including NgRx and RxJS
• Experience building microservices and REST APIs
• Knowledge of Hibernate and relational databases
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as SQS
• Understanding of security frameworks like JWT
• Ability to lead code reviews and mentor junior staff
