AI Deployment Team at Kyndryl delivers enterprise AI solutions that drive measurable business value. The Forward Deployed Engineer collaborates with customers to prototype, build, and deploy generative and agentic AI systems, handling end‑to‑end delivery from scoping to production. Mumbai, India, on‑site role with occasional travel to customer premises.

What you’ll do

• Partner with customers to translate business challenges into AI solutions
• Rapidly prototype custom generative and agentic AI applications
• Own end‑to‑end delivery, including scoping, production deployment, and performance optimization
• Capture field intelligence and contribute improvements to Kyndryl AI platforms
• Collaborate with engineering, consulting, and product teams in a triad delivery model

What you’ll bring

• 3-6 years IT experience
• 1+ year in Agentic AI frameworks
• 2+ years building GenAI solutions
• Proficient in Python
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Familiar with Hugging Face and open‑source AI tools
• Designing multi‑agent systems (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen)
• Deploying RAG architectures
