About the role
Finance Transformation team at Capgemini delivers end‑to‑end SAP FICO solutions for global enterprises. The Lead drives implementation, configuration, and integration of FI & CO modules, oversees testing, cutover, and post‑go‑live support while collaborating with cross‑functional MM, SD, and PP teams. Bangalore, India (and other Indian locations), on‑site role with relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Configure and customize SAP FI & CO modules per business needs
- Perform GAP analysis and design efficient financial processes
- Collaborate with MM, SD, PP teams to ensure seamless integration
- Develop functional specifications and lead testing cycles
- Manage cutover planning and post‑go‑live support
- Provide user training and documentation
- Coordinate with technical ABAP resources
- Drive finance transformation projects across client sites
What you’ll bring
- 8-17 years SAP FICO consulting experience
- Expertise in FI (AP, AR, GL, AA, Banking) and CO (CCA, PCA, COPA, Internal Orders)
- Hands‑on GST, Asset Accounting, and Banking interface implementations
- Proven end‑to‑end SAP rollout and support delivery
- Strong requirement gathering and functional design skills
- Experience leading testing phases (UT, SIT, UAT) and cutover activities
- Ability to coordinate with ABAP technical teams
- Leadership of finance transformation initiatives
