SAP FICO Lead Consultant

About the role

Altivate, an award‑winning SAP Gold Partner, seeks a SAP FICO Lead Consultant to drive end‑to‑end SAP Finance transformations, design and configure FI/CO modules, and lead cross‑functional teams across implementation, rollout, and migration projects. The role focuses on GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, and Controlling, ensuring seamless integration with MM and SD, while mentoring consultants and engaging stakeholders to deliver high‑impact solutions. Based in Kochi / Hyderabad, the position is on‑site with immediate joiners preferred.

What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and migration projects
• Design, configure, test, and deploy FI/CO modules
• Manage finance processes and ensure integration with MM & SD
• Lead data migration, cutover, and post‑go‑live support
• Provide expertise in S/4HANA Finance innovations
• Mentor SAP consultants and foster collaboration
• Engage business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver strategic solutions
• Contribute to SAP practice development and pre‑sales activities
