About the role
Lease Enablement organization at HP builds a centralized finance function for integrated leasing services. The analyst drives complex financial analysis, owns account-level financials, and partners with Customer Success and Contract Management to ensure profitable lease deals. Bengaluru, India, on-site work model, with occasional cross‑regional collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Build and centralize lease finance processes
- Analyze and forecast deal-level profitability
- Partner with Customer Success and Contract Management
- Drive turnaround actions for underperforming accounts
- Ensure timely billing and lease initiation
- Deliver insights to support business outcomes
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in business or economics
- Advanced degree or accounting certification (CA, CMA, CPA) preferred
- 6+ years financial analyst experience, including 3+ years FP&A or P&L responsibility
