About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will partner directly with customers to understand their business processes, configure and deploy platform capabilities, and develop custom integrations and automation pipelines. What you’ll do

  • Partner with customers to gather requirements and design solutions
  • Configure, deploy, and customize platform capabilities
  • Develop integrations, backend services, and data pipelines
  • Troubleshoot production incidents and ensure system reliability
  • Lead onboarding, testing, and go-live activities
  • Analyze usage metrics to recommend optimizations
  • Document implementations and best practices
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to shape product features

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years software engineering or solutions engineering experience
  • Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Node.js, React, REST APIs
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis or similar databases
  • Integration experience with CRM platforms, APIs, webhooks
  • Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
