- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle

- Prepare data reports and HR metrics
- Monitor grievances and enforce disciplinary policies
- Resolve employee queries promptly
- Support IR team on compliance issues
- Implement talent engagement and development initiatives
- Communicate organizational policies and processes
What you’ll bring
- 2-8 years HR experience
- Master's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
