About the role

EBS Demand Management & Strategic Projects team at FedEx India drives demand management and strategic initiatives across ERP and SaaS finance solutions. The Shared Services Analyst leads projects from concept through implementation, manages risks, gathers benefits, develops schedules, coordinates specialists, and serves as the single point of contact while reporting status to senior leaders. Hyderabad, on-site, Full-time role with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Lead projects from concept through implementation
• Manage project risks and constraints
• Gather and document project benefits
• Develop schedules and allocate resources
• Coordinate subject matter and technical specialists
• Act as single point of contact
• Report status to program managers and senior leadership

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or analytical disciplines

Nice to have

• 2 years experience leading cross-functional project teams
• CAPM or equivalent certification (preferred)
• QDM Expert certification (preferred)
• Technical skills in ERP, SaaS, finance, accounting implementations
• Customer‑focused orientation
