About the role

Shared Services team at Fiserv focuses on improving processes and operational efficiency across Client Technical Delivery groups. The analyst streamlines intake and onboarding for new projects, manages certification tasks, and supports smooth certification operations while identifying risks and sharing industry insights. Thane, India, hybrid (on-site) work model.

What you’ll do

• Complete certification tasks following standard processes and timelines
• Manage assigned certification projects to ensure timely, accurate delivery
• Follow documented procedures to support smooth certification operations
• Stay updated on payment industry trends and share insights
• Use certification tools and knowledge to meet client requirements
• Identify risks or issues and suggest solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and meet project goals
• Maintain accurate project documents, records, and status updates
• Support testing, documentation updates, project tracking, and administrative activities

What you’ll bring

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred

Nice to have

• Proficiency with MS Excel and productivity/analysis software
• Experience with process documentation and creating training plans
