Senior Demand Generation Manager
About the role
The Senior Demand Generation Manager owns a major growth engine within a global, mission-driven organization, leading demand generation across paid and organic channels with significant responsibility for acquisition investment and pipeline performance. Day-to-day work combines hands-on performance marketing, funnel optimization, analytics, automation, and experimentation, using data to allocate budgets, improve conversion rates, and connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes. The role also explores emerging acquisition channels, including AI-native advertising platforms and LLM-powered workflows, while partnering with Sales, Revenue Operations, and marketing leadership in a fast-moving, asynchronous environment. This is a fully remote position based in India.
What you’ll do
- Own demand generation performance across paid and organic channels, including channel mix, budget allocation, account structure, and targets for MQLs, SQOs, and pipeline
- Manage and scale a multi-six-figure monthly Google Ads investment across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and related acquisition channels
- Test and develop emerging acquisition opportunities, including advertising on AI-native platforms and other new channels
- Build source-of-truth reporting for paid and organic funnel performance, including SQL-based analysis, dashboards, attribution models, and incrementality testing
- Own the roadmap for paid landing pages, advertising creative, and offers, using rigorous A/B testing to improve conversion rates
- Design and manage automated lead-nurturing and enrichment workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, HubSpot, and Clay
- Use enrichment and conversion data to improve targeting strategies, refine ideal customer profiles, and increase lead quality
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to analyze lead quality and conversion performance by campaign and channel
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or a closely related field, with flexibility based on the candidate's career trajectory
- Proven experience managing and scaling a six-figure monthly Google Ads budget, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to scale advertising investment while maintaining or improving key efficiency metrics such as CAC and ROAS
- Deep expertise across the Google Ads ecosystem, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Smart Bidding, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager
- Hands-on experience with Clay, HubSpot or a comparable CRM, and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of funnel economics and growth metrics, including CAC, LTV:CAC, ROAS, payback period, and cohort analysis
- Strong analytical and experimentation skills, including an understanding of statistical significance, sample sizing, test design, and objective interpretation of results
- Practical experience using AI and LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable platforms to build real growth workflows, automation logic, lead-scoring processes, and other marketing systems
Nice to have
- Experience managing agencies or freelancers alongside in-house execution
- Exposure to product-led growth or hybrid PLG and sales-led go-to-market models
- Experience presenting performance and budget recommendations to VP or C-level stakeholders
- Experience owning SEO or content-led demand generation alongside paid acquisition
- Strong SQL skills, fluency in GA4, and experience with at least one business intelligence platform

- Compensation: €65,650–€84,500 per year, plus Share Appreciation Rights (SARs)
