About the role

Project Management Office at AECOM leads delivery of large, complex infrastructure projects across sectors. The Associate Director drives end‑to‑end project and construction management, client engagement, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation to ensure schedule, budget, safety and quality goals. Gurgaon, India – hybrid model (3 days onsite), relocation assistance offered.

What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end project and construction management
• Serve as primary client contact and manage relationships
• Develop execution plans, schedules, KPIs and monitor performance
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Oversee contract administration and change management
