About the role
Business Analysis team within LTM LIMITED drives SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. The role leads requirement gathering, project planning, risk tracking and stakeholder coordination for hybrid Hyderabad office. Works cross‑functionally with business, IT and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects, leveraging Azure DevOps and ServiceNow. Hybrid work model, Hyderabad, India.
What you’ll do
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements
- Plan, track and report SAP project activities across workstreams
- Facilitate cross‑team communication and alignment on scope, timelines and risks
- Support UAT, solution validation and deployment for SAP S/4HANA initiatives
- Prepare dashboards, status updates and presentations for governance
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years SAP project management experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to have
- SAP S/4HANA knowledge
- Power BI, Power Apps, advanced Excel
- Azure DevOps and ServiceNow proficiency
