IT Security Risk Analyst Specialist

About the role

Worldpay’s Cyber GRC team seeks an IT Security Risk Analyst Specialist to evaluate and mitigate cyber risks during a major corporate separation. The role involves developing risk strategies, assessing vulnerabilities, and building security governance processes for global commerce operations. This full-time position is based in Bangalore, Pune, or Indore.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement IT security risk management strategies, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with business owners to assess key risk exposure to threat trends
• Support business areas in integrating security into their processes
• Define requirements for remediation measures to safeguard security needs
• Report observations and findings to senior cyber and business leadership
• Monitor and analyze security metrics to address emerging risks
• Shape Worldpay’s future cyber risk and governance processes

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber security risk and governance roles
• Experience with risk assessment, remediation planning, ISMS, and controls assessments
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field
• Applied knowledge of security risk frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST)
• Understanding of quantitative risk management models such as FAIR

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
• Experience in financial services or technology sector
• Fintech or Payments industry experience
