About the role
Global Solutions & Risk Compliance (GSRC) team ensures Amazon product listings meet regulatory and safety standards worldwide. The Senior Associate reviews product information against SOPs, classifies items using Amazon tools, and collaborates with managers and Process Experts to address deviations. Bengaluru, India, on-site role focusing on compliance operations, data analysis, and process improvement.
What you’ll do
- Review product information per SOPs and verify regulatory compliance
- Classify products using Amazon-specific tools and systems
- Maintain detailed task records and generate standardized reports
- Identify improvement opportunities and automate reporting where possible
- Provide feedback on SOPs and contribute to process refinements
- Mentor peers by answering queries and delivering process training
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or business
- Experience with English-language communication, both written and verbal
Nice to have
- 2+ years experience in Business Process Outsourcing (accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, HR, QA)
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA)
- SQL database querying knowledge
- Quality auditor experience in retail or FMCG
- Data analysis and decision support system development
