What you’ll do
- Act as technical evangelist in developer communities, conferences, meetups, online forums
- Build demos, sample code, tutorials, blogs, webinars, GitHub projects
- Collaborate with solutions architects and sales teams to deliver PoCs, deep dives, presales support
- Engage with developer community via Slack, GitHub, StackOverflow, open‑source contributions
- Translate customer and developer feedback into actionable product insights
- Support clients in adoption, SQL performance tuning, database optimization
- Partner with marketing to deliver presentations, whitepapers, technical case studies
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years in developer advocacy, presales engineering, or customer success in data/analytics
- Strong expertise in databases and SQL (query optimization, performance tuning, scripting)
- Hands‑on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB, SingleStore, Cloudera, BigQuery, Redshift
- Programming knowledge in Python, Scala, or Java (bonus: R, Go, Lua)
- Experience with Spark, Kafka, Hadoop big‑data frameworks
- Excellent communication: public speaking, content creation, technical writing
- Comfortable in multicultural, customer‑facing environments
Nice to have
- Experience as a Developer Advocate / Technical Evangelist / Solutions Engineer at a database, cloud, or analytics company
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred
- Proven record of speaking at industry conferences, meetups, or webinars
- Active contributor in open‑source or developer communities
