Senior Associate OT Cybersecurity

About the role

Advisory (PwC) – OT Cybersecurity team protects client OT environments by identifying threats, securing networks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Senior Associate leads OT and IIOT security projects, develops policies, conducts risk assessments using ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF, and guides a team of consultants. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Oversee OT and IIOT security projects and initiatives
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Demonstrate expertise with OT cyber tools such as IDS, EDR, SIEM
• Conduct risk assessments following ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF
• Work with industrial control systems like PLC, SCADA, MES
• Utilize asset management tools, preferably ServiceNow
• Build secure OT networks and support IT‑OT integration architecture
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years OT cybersecurity experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
• Experience in manufacturing or energy sector
• Proven track record managing security projects and teams
• Strong strategic thinking and decision‑making
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
