About the role

Analytics Consulting team at TransUnion builds credit risk analytic solutions across fraud, insurance and marketing. The role leads model development, deployment and governance, mentors junior analysts, and drives innovation labs delivering POCs to production. Hybrid in Pune and Bengaluru, minimum two days onsite per week.

What you’ll do

• Lead development of analytic solutions for credit risk, fraud, insurance and marketing
• Partner with Credit Risk Modeling team across model lifecycle
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver value‑added solutions
• Own analytics for internal and external stakeholders, propose and design solutions
• Provide hands‑on support using R and Python, formalize repeatable processes
• Lead research and innovation projects, manage small research teams
• Mentor and train junior colleagues, foster high‑performance culture
• Participate in talent interviewing and evaluation

What you’ll bring

• Master's or PhD in quantitative field with 5+ years experience
• Bachelor's in quantitative field with 8+ years experience
• Machine Learning & Deep Learning development
• Experience with GenAI/NLP and LLMs
• Cloud platforms GCP/AWS with large datasets
• End-to-End model deployment lifecycle
• Spark ML & PySpark ecosystem
• Strong project and stakeholder management
