What you’ll do
- Partner with data owners to analyze issues and improve data quality
- Define and monitor data quality rules aligned to business needs
- Maintain business metadata, data definitions, and lineage documentation
- Support governance workflows including approvals and certifications
- Provide day-to-day user support for governance tools
- Conduct training sessions and office hours to drive adoption
- Ensure alignment with records management and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to audit readiness and governance reporting
What you’ll bring
- 10-13 years data governance experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks
- Experience with metadata, data quality, lineage processes
- Knowledge of records management and retention principles
- Analytical skills to interpret data issues
- Stakeholder engagement and communication expertise
