What you’ll do
- Setup and configuration of the D365 application
- Unit testing business processes
- Technical writing and documentation
- Data conversion, including transformation and loading data into D365
- Work closely with US counterparts to manage workload and client deliverables
- Coach and mentor junior resources (talent development)
- Oversee client delivery and quality on assigned projects
What you’ll bring
- 4+ of functional, hands-on experience with D365
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of key end to end business processes including but not limited to: Order to cash, Procure to pay, Record to report, Receive to ship (warehouse management), Plan to produce (manufacturing)
