About the role

Branch Banking at Axis Bank focuses on delivering retail banking services and driving deposit mobilization across the country. The Gold Loan Officer manages gold loan operations, maintains portfolio profitability, ensures compliance, and drives productivity by recruiting and training ASL executives. Mumbai office, on-site work model, with leadership responsibilities over the gold loan channel.

What you’ll do

• Maintain relations with branch banking team for smooth gold loan processing
• Recruit, train, and motivate ASL executives to grow the gold loan portfolio
• Ensure compliance and operational processes are followed by ASL and branch teams
• Provide ongoing training and support to maintain portfolio health
• Achieve top‑line targets and productivity benchmarks as set by central team

What you’ll bring

• Graduate or MBA (Marketing) preferred
• 2-4 years relevant experience in NBFC or branch banking
• Proven experience in channel sales and relationship building
• Strong problem‑solving and team‑management skills
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication
