What you’ll do
- Support release fixes and major/minor releases
- Diagnose and resolve software faults
- Report and track product bugs, fixes, enhancements with dev team
- Update incidents, remediation, root cause analysis in ServiceNow
- Participate in change management activities
- Communicate with end users, capture tickets via phone/IM
- Provide on-call support as needed
- Respond to callouts promptly
What you’ll bring
- Middleware expertise: Tomcat, Apache, Linux application support

- Web request understanding on Tomcat/Apache servers
