About the role

Data Governance team at Eram Talent builds robust Master Data Management solutions to ensure high-quality, compliant data across Saudi Arabia clients. The role designs, develops, and maintains Informatica MDM platforms, collaborates with business and technical stakeholders, and enforces data governance standards. Riyadh, Al Khobar, Dhahran, Bengaluru, Chennai – on-site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop MDM solutions using Informatica tools
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to enforce data governance standards
• Maintain and enhance data quality and integration workflows
• Support product manager with roadmaps and project planning
• Conduct risk identification and mitigation strategies
• Communicate progress to senior management
• Perform desktop research on competitors and market trends
• Ensure compliance with data security and governance frameworks

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years as Informatica MDM Developer
• Informatica MDM certification
• Experience with Hub Console, Data Director, Data Integration Suite
• Proficiency in ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter
• Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases
• Strong data profiling, validation, and integration skills
• Experience in data governance and quality
