About the role
Responsible for managing and enhancing the Informatica MDM platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with enterprise data strategies. Leads deployment, configuration, and administration, oversees integration, monitors performance, and implements security controls. Drives continuous improvement, documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders and DevOps.
What you’ll do
- Own platform availability, performance, and operational excellence
- Lead deployment, configuration, and administration of MDM
- Oversee integration with source and target systems
- Manage upgrades, patches, and technical enhancements
- Monitor system health and resolve performance issues
- Maintain technical documentation and operational manuals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business and compliance needs
- Implement security controls and data privacy policies
- Automate operational tasks using scripting
- Support capacity planning, disaster recovery, and backup
- Coordinate with DevOps for MDM deployment cycles
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years managing Informatica MDM in enterprise settings
- Expertise with MDM hub, PowerCenter, Data Quality tools
- Hands‑on database and data integration experience
- Strong ETL, data modeling, and metadata management skills
- Proven ability to monitor and troubleshoot complex MDM workflows
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid data architecture
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management
Nice to have
- Informatica MDM Developer or Administrator certification
- Experience as platform owner or technical lead for MDM
- Knowledge of Informatica Cloud services and hybrid deployments
- Familiarity with API integrations and service orchestration
- Experience with containerization technologies
