About the role

HR Compliance Specialist role seeks SME in Indian labor laws and payroll governance. Ensures statutory compliance, payroll accuracy, audit readiness, and advisory support across multiple locations. Manages inspections, statutory filings, vendor relations, and compliance frameworks. Requires deep knowledge of Central & State labor legislations, payroll systems, and risk mitigation.

What you’ll bring

Graduation + MBA mandatory.

Nice to have

  • MBA / PGDM in HR / MSW / Law degree preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in HR Compliance & Payroll.
  • Strong hands‑on experience in multi‑state labor compliance.
  • Experience in handling inspections & statutory audits.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems & HRMS.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of Indian labor legislation.
  • Strong payroll analytics capability.
