Based in Gurugram, India, on‑site role with opportunities to work with AI tools and Java‑based trade surveillance solutions.

What you’ll do

• Own delivery outcomes from discovery to delivery
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across squads
• Lead stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and risk teams
• Drive delivery governance, reporting, and compliance
• Ensure clear accountability across teams
• Improve delivery efficiency, processes, and Agile maturity
• Translate ideas into executable delivery plans
• Support squad‑level accountability and risk mitigation

Nice to have

• Strong delivery leadership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Proven cross‑team dependency and risk management
• Deep understanding of platforms, architecture, SDLC
• Experience with governance, reporting, compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor
• Techno‑functional experience in Java
• Domain knowledge in trade surveillance
