Release Train Engineer

About the role

Accenture seeks a Release Train Engineer in Pune to facilitate Agile Release Train events and govern the end-to-end release lifecycle for telecom applications. The role involves managing cross-functional dependencies, enforcing release governance, and driving continuous improvement across BSS/OSS platforms. This full-time position requires a minimum of 7.5 years of experience.

What you’ll do

• Facilitate Agile Release Train events and processes, including stakeholder communication and risk management
• Own and govern the end-to-end release lifecycle across telecom applications from scope intake to Early Life Support
• Develop integrated release plans across multiple telecom domains including BSS/OSS and managed services
• Manage cross-application, cross-vendor, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure seamless delivery
• Establish and enforce release governance, quality controls, and stage-gate criteria
• Monitor release progress and health through RAG reporting, proactively identifying risks
• Lead RAID management, driving resolution and mitigation across internal and external teams
• Drive release reviews, Go/No-Go decisions, and escalate critical delivery risks to leadership
