Digital Product Manager
About the role
The Digital Product Management - GOE team at Franklin Templeton develops and manages the proprietary Goals Optimization Engine, a patented B2B2C wealth management platform used across global markets. As a Digital Product Manager, you will analyze business needs across advisory, retirement, and private wealth segments, translate them into product requirements and user stories, and partner with engineering, design, data, and investment teams to deliver scalable digital wealth experiences. You will also evaluate emerging financial technologies such as digital assets, tokenization, and blockchain-enabled workflows. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with shift timings from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
What you’ll do
- Analyze business needs across advisory, retirement, and private wealth segments
- Support product lifecycle activities from discovery and requirements definition through launch and adoption
- Conduct user, stakeholder, and market research to identify opportunities and define product priorities
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and development priorities
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and investment teams to deliver scalable product enhancements
- Evaluate opportunities involving emerging financial technologies, including digital assets, tokenization, blockchain-enabled workflows, and related client experiences
- Support go-to-market planning, internal enablement, and adoption activities across channels and regions
- Define success metrics, develop dashboards, and monitor product performance and adoption
What you’ll bring
- MBA and STEM undergraduate degree from a leading institution
- 4-6 years of product management, product strategy, business analysis, or technology delivery experience
- Experience in fintech, wealthtech, asset management, digital banking, payments, or technology-driven organizations
- Exposure to blockchain, tokenization, digital assets, wallets, smart contracts, or Web3 product concepts
- Experience helping define and launch new product capabilities, MVPs, or digital client experiences
- Advanced proficiency using AI tools to improve product discovery, research, requirements development, data analysis, prototyping, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Demonstrated ability to identify and shape AI-enabled product opportunities, including use cases, success metrics, user workflows, risk considerations, and implementation tradeoffs
- CFA, CAIA, FRM, CQF or other relevant advanced credential preferred
Nice to have
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, product analysis, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience writing product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release documentation
- Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Knowledge of analytics, business intelligence, and visualization tools
- Working understanding of platform products, APIs, data flows, and technology delivery tradeoffs
- Basic understanding of digital asset concepts such as tokenization, wallets, smart contracts, custody, and regulatory considerations
- Data-driven decision-making and strong product judgment
