About the role

Digital Product Management team at U.S. Bancorp India drives the strategy and vision for digital experiences that meet evolving customer and business needs. The Digital Product Manager defines product roadmaps, translates business and user requirements into user stories, and leads agile delivery across web, mobile and other channels. Chennai, India, on-site role with hybrid collaboration across engineering and design teams.

What you’ll do

• Define and prioritize product roadmap using data‑driven insights
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics
• Drive agile processes, manage backlogs and coordinate cross‑functional delivery
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable software solutions
• Measure product performance against north star metrics

What you’ll bring

• Digital product management experience
• Technical fluency to discuss architecture and trade‑offs
• Ability to work with engineering, design and operations teams
• Experience translating business needs into user stories and specifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Proven experience as a software engineer, data engineer or SDET
• Demonstrated ability as a technical product manager or product owner
