About the role

Google One, a fast-growing subscription business monetizing consumer AI, seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive growth in Bengaluru. The role focuses on personalization, promotions, and upgrades, tailoring messaging across Gmail and Gemini to maximize sign-up uplift. This hybrid position requires balancing technical and business perspectives to guide products from conception to launch.

What you’ll do

• Evolve the experience for over 150m subscribers and drive upgrades via promotions
• Own end-to-end product strategy for Google One's growth through upgrades and offers
• Lead personalization efforts to tailor messaging across Gmail, Gemini, and other services
• Improve the offers engine to drive sign-up uplift and real business growth
• Guide products from conception to launch by connecting technical and business worlds
• Analyze, position, package, promote, and tailor solutions to users
• Break down complex problems into steps that drive product development
• Work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and marketers

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role
• Experience building consumer-facing products or subscription systems
