About the role

Alight seeks an IT Application Technical Lead – Fullstack to spearhead the Platform Development Team in Noida, India. What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain scalable web apps with Java, Spring Boot, Angular
• Lead full-stack design and development
• Ensure secure, scalable REST APIs
• Define coding standards and architecture patterns
• Collaborate with stakeholders on technical solutions
• Mentor junior developers via code reviews
• Troubleshoot stack-wide technical issues
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security
• Write clean, testable code with secure guidelines
• Stay current with emerging technologies
• Participate in sprint planning and estimation
• Create technical documentation per standards

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's in CS, IS, or related field or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years development and Technical Lead experience
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Angular
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices
• AWS services experience (S3, CloudWatch, IAM)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
