About the role

Application Development & Technical Services team at LyondellBasell drives sustainable polymer solutions for diverse industries. The ADTS Engineer provides technical support to key customers, troubleshoots processing issues, and leads market and application development initiatives across India. Based in Mumbai, on-site work model, collaborating with internal stakeholders, OEMs, and distributors to expand product adoption and ensure regulatory compliance.

What you’ll do

• Provide focused technical support to key customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve processing problems on-site
• Gather market and technical trends for product development
• Develop customer-specific value propositions
• Coordinate product approvals and regulatory compliance
• Train customers and internal staff on LYB products
• Support distributors to expand business
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and OEMs

What you’ll bring

• University degree in scientific or technical field
• Polymer/Plastic Engineering preferred
• 4-6 years technical experience in R&D or product development
• Knowledge of polymers and processing methods
• Experience with injection molding and twin screw compounding
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in English and Hindi
