What you’ll do
- Monitor and control product quantity during shifts
- Coordinate with maintenance for timely breakdown resolution and preventive maintenance
- Optimize process parameters to increase productivity and reduce chemical usage
- Ensure plant operations follow SOPs and safety procedures
- Implement sustainability practices and zero-effluent goals
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years manufacturing operations experience
- Knowledge of DuPont Sustainable Solution methodology
- Ability to coordinate maintenance and handle breakdowns
- Experience optimizing process parameters for chemical consumption
- Familiarity with safety norms and SOP compliance
- Understanding of IMS and WCM practices
