About the role
GE Vernova Manufacturing Team builds and assembles wind turbine components. The Junior Engineer performs manufacturing and assembly operations, conducts quality inspections, and supports safety and lean initiatives in a fast‑paced production environment. Pune, on-site role with standard work schedule.
What you’ll do
- Comply with EHS and quality policies
- Perform manufacturing/assembly tasks following work instructions
- Maintain daily production output and quality standards
- Conduct quality inspections and report non‑conformances
- Support lean initiatives such as 5S and Kaizen
What you’ll bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years manufacturing experience in wind turbine industry
- Experience operating heavy‑lift EOT cranes
