About the role
CAE Engineering team at Tata Technologies focuses on developing advanced seat models for automotive applications. The Senior CAE Analyst creates complete system-level seat CAE models, performs NVH, modal and vibration analyses, and integrates front and rear seat assemblies using Hyperworks tools. Works on CAE-test correlation projects to provide feasible design solutions, based in Pune with on-site work.
What you’ll do
- Create complete system‑level seat CAE models
- Build and debug NVH seat models including welds, bolts, adhesives
- Conduct modal and frequency response analyses
- Post‑process results using Hyperworks
- Correlate CAE predictions with physical test data
- Develop and document CAE modeling procedures
- Provide design recommendations to meet target requirements
- Prepare detailed analysis reports
What you’ll bring
- 9-12 years CAE experience
- Seat modeling for plastic, structural, and foam components
- NVH seat model development using crash and safety simulations
- Modal and vibration analysis expertise
- Proficiency with Hyperworks post‑processing
- Experience in CAE‑test correlation projects
- Ability to develop CAE modeling procedures
- Strong report writing skills
