About the role
Tata Technologies' Crash & Safety team develops advanced pedestrian protection solutions for automotive vehicles. The Senior CAE Analyst conducts head and leg impact analyses, builds system‑level and full‑vehicle CAE models, runs LS‑DYNA simulations, and delivers concise result summaries to customers. Based in Pune, on‑site role with hybrid flexibility as needed.
What you’ll do
- Create and debug pedestrian impact CAE models at system, BIW, and full‑vehicle levels
- Run LS‑DYNA simulations and analyze head/leg impact results
- Summarize findings and provide feedback to customers
- Collaborate with design teams to develop compliant safety solutions
- Ensure adherence to global crash safety regulations
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years automotive pedestrian protection analysis
- Proficiency with LS‑DYNA, Hyperworks, OASYS Primer, D3PLOT & T/HIS
- Experience using Teamcenter/3D Experience
- Strong communication skills across all levels
- Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word proficiency
