About the role

Branch Sales Team at Muthoot FinCorp drives customer acquisition for secured and unsecured loan products. The Senior Branch Sales Officer generates leads through cold calling, builds referral partner networks, and manages the end‑to‑end loan process while cross‑selling insurance. Based in Guntur with an on‑site work model, the role also focuses on retaining existing loan customers and expanding micro‑market opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Deliver customer acquisition through business development
• Identify and nurture micro‑markets and referral partners
• Conduct cold calls and daily sales calls as per plan
• Provide doorstep service to customers
• Manage loan processing end‑to‑end
• Cross‑sell insurance products to loan customers
• Act as liaison between customers and branch
• Support soft bucket collections and early mortality targets

What you’ll bring

• Graduate degree
• 2+ years retail assets experience in home loans or loan against property
• Exposure to affordable segment preferred
• Proficiency in local language and English
• Strong presentation and relationship building skills
• Cross‑selling and upselling capabilities
• Ability to manage referral partners
