Senior Branch Sales Officer

About the role

Muthoot FinCorp Branch sales team drives customer acquisition and loan product delivery across micro markets. The Senior Branch Sales Officer develops referral partner networks, conducts cold calling and daily sales calls, and manages the end‑to‑end loan journey while cross‑selling insurance. Based in Kadapa with an on‑site work model, the role includes field visits to customers’ residences or offices and supports branch business targets.

What you’ll do

• Deliver customer acquisition through business development and lead generation
• Identify and activate referral partners to expand micro‑LAP and gold‑backed loan business
• Conduct cold calls and daily sales calls as per branch plan
• Manage the customer journey across sales, process and product championship
• Provide doorstep service to customers at residences or offices
• Support end‑to‑end loan processing and act as liaison between customers and branch
• Cross‑sell insurance products to loan customers
• Retain existing loan customers and ensure soft bucket collections

What you’ll bring

• Graduate degree
• At least 2 years experience in retail assets, specifically home loans and loan against property
• Exposure to affordable segment preferred
